Stomatofit is a natural remedy that has an astringent, soothing, and anti-inflammatory effect on the mucous membrane of the oral cavity due to the extracts of oak bark, chamomile flowers, and sage leaves. Additionally, the tannins and essential oils in the preparation have antiseptic, antibacterial, and antifungal effects on the mucous membrane of the oral cavity and gums. In vitro tests have shown that the essential oils of sage and chamomile have a bactericidal effect on both gram-positive and gram-negative bacteria, as well as a fungicidal effect on Candida albicans.
