Stomatidin is a broad-spectrum oropharyngeal antiseptic with antibacterial and antifungal action. It is effective against gram-positive and gram-negative bacteria, as well as fungi (including Candida albicans). When applied topically, an active concentration of hexetidine remains on the mucous membrane of the oral cavity and throat, as well as in dental plaque, for 8-10 hours, and in some cases, up to 65 hours.

Directions:

• Adults and children over 6 years old: Rinse the mouth or throat with 10-15 ml of solution (1 tablespoon) for 30 seconds, repeating the procedure 2-3 times a day after meals.


• The solution can also be applied to the affected area using a swab.


• If symptoms persist after 5 days of treatment and/or are accompanied by fever, further use of the drug should be reconsidered.
