Sondox is an antihistamine from the ethanolamine group, a histamine H1 receptor blocker. It is used as a sleep aid.

Uses:

• Occasional insomnia


• Transient insomnia

Directions:

• For oral use only


• Take 15–30 minutes before bedtime


• Recommended dose: 7.5–15 mg per day (½–1 tablet)


• If needed, the dose may be increased up to 30 mg per day (2 tablets)


• Lower doses are recommended for elderly patients and those with renal or hepatic impairment


• Treatment duration: 2–5 days
