Olfen Forte Hydrogel is a topical medication used for the relief of joint and muscle pain. It contains a high concentration of diclofenac diethylamine and is designed for fast and long-lasting anti-inflammatory and analgesic action directly at the site of pain.

Uses:

• Treatment of pain, inflammation, and swelling in soft tissue injuries such as sprains, strains, and bruises


• Sports-related injuries and back pain


• Localized forms of soft tissue rheumatism (e.g., tendinitis, bursitis, periarticular inflammation, shoulder-hand syndrome)


• Symptomatic treatment of osteoarthritis in superficial joints (e.g., fingers, knees)

Directions:

• For external use only


• Adults and children over 14 years: apply twice daily (morning and evening) to the affected area with gentle massage


• Use 2–4 g of gel per application depending on the size of the affected area (400–800 cm²); do not exceed 8 g per day


• Wash hands after use unless treating hands; allow gel to dry before covering with clothing or bandages
