Olefar is recommended for normalizing the functional state of the upper respiratory tract in cases of pharyngitis, laryngitis, acute and chronic tonsillitis, post-tonsillectomy condition, aphthous stomatitis, and tracheitis.

Directions:
- For adults and children aged 12 years and older: 250 mg (2 sprays) 3 times a day.
- For children aged 6 to 12 years: 125 mg (1 spray) 3 times a day.
- For children aged 3 to 6 years: 125 mg (1 spray) 2 times a day.
Apply in the oral cavity after meals. Shake well before use. The duration of use is determined by the doctor individually.
