Helpex is a broad-spectrum oropharyngeal antiseptic with antibacterial and antifungal action. It is effective against gram-positive and gram-negative bacteria, as well as fungi (including Candida albicans). When applied topically, an active concentration of hexetidine remains on the mucous membrane of the oral cavity and throat, as well as in dental plaque, for 8-10 hours, and in some cases, up to 65 hours.

Directions:

• Adults and children aged 12 and over: 1 sachet up to 4 times a day.

Ingredients:
