Glycised® – a neuroprotective and sedative medication containing the amino acid glycine. It helps to normalize and improve the functioning of the nervous system, reduce emotional tension, enhance mental performance, and improve sleep quality.

Uses:

• Functional and organic disorders of the nervous system (neuroses, neurotic-like states, vegetative-vascular dystonia, consequences of neuroinfections, traumatic brain injuries, encephalopathies including alcohol-related forms)


• Emotional instability and increased excitability


• Ischemic stroke and cerebral circulation disorders


• As an adjunct in the treatment of alcoholism

Directions:

• For children over 3 years old, adolescents, and adults with decreased mental performance: 1 tablet (100 mg) 2–3 times daily for 14–30 days


• For emotional instability and increased excitability: 1 tablet 2–3 times a day for 7–14 days; the course may be repeated


• For sleep disorders: 50–100 mg 20 minutes before bedtime or directly before sleep


• For ischemic stroke: 1 g sublingually or buccally within the first 3–6 hours, then 1 g/day for 1–5 days, followed by 1–2 tablets 3 times daily for 6–30 days
