Directions:

• Place two tablespoons of the leaves into an enamel dish. Pour 200 ml of hot boiled water over them, cover with a lid, and infuse in boiling water for 15 minutes. Cool to room temperature for 45 minutes, strain, and press the remaining leaves into the strained infusion. Add boiled water to adjust the infusion volume to 200 ml. Shake before use.


• For adults and children over 12 years: dissolve one tablespoon of the infusion in 200 ml of boiled water.


• For children 7-12 years: dissolve one dessert spoon of the infusion in 200 ml of boiled water.


• For children 3-7 years: dissolve one teaspoon of the infusion in 200 ml of boiled water.
