Dioflan® is a medication used for the treatment of chronic venous insufficiency, varicose veins, and hemorrhoids. It has venotonic and angioprotective properties, reducing venous distensibility and venous stasis, improving microcirculation, decreasing capillary permeability, increasing capillary resistance, and enhancing lymphatic drainage by boosting lymphatic outflow.

Uses:

• Symptomatic treatment of chronic venous insufficiency (e.g., heaviness in the legs, pain, night cramps, swelling, and trophic disorders including varicose ulcers)


• Relief of symptoms of hemorrhoidal disease


• Improvement of microcirculation and lymphatic drainage


• Reduction of capillary permeability and improvement of vessel tone

Directions:

• For adults only. For venous insufficiency: 2 tablets per day — 1 tablet at noon and 1 in the evening with meals. After the first week, both tablets can be taken together once daily during a meal.


• For acute hemorrhoidal episodes: 6 tablets daily for 4 days, followed by 4 tablets daily for the next 3 days, divided into 2–3 doses during meals.


• Maintenance therapy for hemorrhoids: 2 tablets per day.


• Duration of treatment should be determined by a physician based on the indication and disease course.
