Decathylene can be used in cases of mixed infection of the mouth and throat (on the recommendation of a doctor); as an auxiliary drug in the treatment of catarrhal, lacunar tonsillitis and Plaut-Vincent tonsillitis; in case of candidiasis of the oral cavity and pharynx.

Recommended in the postoperative period after tonsillectomy and tooth extraction.

HOW TO USE:

• Adults and children over 12 years of age are prescribed 1 tablet every 2 hours, after the symptoms of inflammation have decreased - 1 tablet every 4 hours.


• Children over 4 years of age - 1 tablet every 3 hours, after the severity of inflammation symptoms has decreased - 1 tablet every 4 hours


• The maximum daily dose is 10–12 tablets during the acute phase and 6 tablets per day after the disappearance of inflammatory symptoms


• The tablets should be dissolved slowly without chewing. The duration of the course of treatment is determined by the doctor individually


• The patient should consult a doctor if symptoms do not disappear or worsen after 5 days of treatment with the drug
