Avenue® is used for the treatment of venous insufficiency, varicose veins, and hemorrhoids. It has venotonic and angioprotective effects, reduces venous distensibility and venous stasis, improves microcirculation, decreases capillary permeability, enhances capillary resistance, and promotes lymphatic drainage by increasing lymphatic outflow.

Uses:

• Symptomatic treatment of chronic venous lymphatic insufficiency (heaviness in the legs, pain, swelling).


• Symptomatic treatment of varicose veins.


• Relief of symptoms of acute hemorrhoidal episodes.


• Supportive treatment for chronic hemorrhoidal disease.

Directions:

• For oral use only. Adults only.


• For venolymphatic insufficiency: Take 2 tablets daily (1 tablet at midday and 1 in the evening with meals). After one week, 2 tablets may be taken together once daily with food.


• For acute hemorrhoidal episodes: Take 6 tablets daily for 4 days, then 4 tablets daily for the next 3 days. Divide into 2-3 doses during meals.


• For maintenance in hemorrhoidal disease: Take 2 tablets daily with food.

Ingredients:

Active ingredients: Micronized purified flavonoid fraction (500 mg per tablet) containing 450 mg diosmin (90%) and 50 mg hesperidin (10%).
