Uses:

• As an adjunct therapy in chronic heart diseases such as heart failure and post-infarction period


• For treatment of cardiac arrhythmias, primarily ventricular arrhythmias


• As an adjunct therapy when using digitalis drugs

Directions:

• Intended for intravenous administration only


• Adults: administer slowly via IV drip – 10–20 ml diluted in 50–100 ml of sterile 0.9% sodium chloride or 5% glucose solution


• If necessary, the dose may be repeated after 4–6 hours


• Course of treatment is determined by the physician; not recommended for use in children due to insufficient data
